Requirements

Skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum CS, BE, IT, or similar Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a technical customer service or related field
  • Our customers are highly technical. The candidate must be comfortable working with technology, computer hardware, and software
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite of cloud tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems, spot new business opportunities and take a proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make decision
  • Be organized and pay attention to details
  • English language proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer experience with Abalta’s products and ensure customer success
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Work with the technical team to explain solutions to the customers
  • Work with the product owner team to prioritize issues and features reported by the customer
  • Create reports and analyze data
  • Design and implement a strategy for end users’ inquiries

Travel:

• Depending on project needs, travel to customer sites may be necessary once the Covid-19 pandemic is under control.
