Your right to request for this information will not be applicable to personal data shared with third-party data processors to fulfil a legitimate purpose under the applicable law. 

• Right to nominate any individual of your choice to exercise the rights provided to you under the Privacy Policy and the applicable laws in the event of your death or incapacity. 

• You can report a personal data breach, raise concerns about our data processing practices, if any, or your rights under the applicable law by contacting the Data Protection Board of India.  

Regardless of section 9 (Children) of the Privacy Policy, neither WebLink® services nor our Website are intended for children under 18 years of age.
