Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers to expand Abalta’s business.

Responsibilities:

  • Frequently communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to ensure needs are being met and uncover opportunities
  • Collaborate with the customer in a consultative role when eliciting their business and technical requirements
  • Able to translate complex technical issues into tangible software solutions
  • Advocate for the customer within Abalta’s Project Management and Engineering teams
  • Help determine the future of sales and account management processes within the organization

Requirements:

  • MUST be eligible to work in the US for any employer without any restrictions
  • Minimum BS degree
  • Experience in the embedded software development industry, the automotive industry, or custom software development consulting is highly desirable
  • Our customer is highly technical. Candidate must be fluent in software development practices, tools, and technology
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems, spot new business opportunities and take a proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with both internal teams and customers
