Executive assistant – part time (4 hours per day)

We are looking for a professional to join our team as an Executive assistant – part-time (4 hours per day).

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will assist the GM in the day-to-day activities:

  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and provide them with proper information
  • Ensure proper access control as per the security guidelines
  • Answer calls and ensures information flow
  • Handles business correspondence
  • Handle shipment of packages
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Assist in organizing company trips
  • Handle sensitive documents
  • Purchases related to office and staff activities
  • Provide employees with office supplies, benefit cards, etc.
  • Report regularly to the General Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, or other relevant higher education
  • Ability to process and track document flow
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer focus and business-orientated attitude
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • A vibrant personality who exudes “Positive Energy” & brings a “Can-Do attitude”
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Very good in organizing, following, and completing tasks
  • Fluent written and spoken English
